TGI Online has been designed for families seeking the flexibility of online learning while still wanting their children to benefit from real teachers, structured lessons, academic support and an education rooted in Islamic values.
Our online learning environment aims to nurture learners who are confident, responsible and academically capable, while remaining grounded in their faith and Islamic identity.
What TGI Online Offers
Learners benefit from real-time online lessons with dedicated educators, providing the interaction and guidance of a classroom from the comfort of home.
Our programme includes structured teaching, learner monitoring, assessments, academic guidance and ongoing support for both learners and parents.

Grades 4–9
CAPS Education Through an Islamic Worldview
Learners in Grades 4 to 9 will follow The Guardian Institute CAPS Islamised Curriculum.
Our curriculum integrates the requirements of CAPS with an Islamic worldview, allowing learners to develop academically while seeing knowledge and learning through the guidance of the Qur’an and authentic Sunnah.
Through live online lessons, learners will be guided by educators in a structured and engaging learning environment. The programme is designed to provide the discipline and interaction of a school environment while offering families the flexibility of online education.

Grades 10–11
FET Online Tuition, Structure & Support
Our Grades 10 and 11 offering follows a different model to Grades 4–9.
Learners register directly with a distance education provider and follow a CAPS-approved curriculum.
TGI Online then provides the learner with the tuition, structure and academic support needed to guide them through their grade.
The TGI FET CAPS Islamised Curriculum is used as a supporting resource, helping learners engage with their subjects through an Islamic worldview while completing their formal CAPS programme.
Our aim is to give FET learners the flexibility of distance education without leaving them to navigate their academic journey alone. Through structured tuition and ongoing guidance, TGI Online provides learners and parents with an added layer of educational support.
